Opening an account on jeta7 is quick and easy. On the Registration page and enter your mobile number or email, full name, and password. Verify with the OTP sent to your mobile. Your account will be active in just 2 minutes. Please note: Each individual is allowed to open only one account.

To register, you will need:
  • Active Bangladeshi mobile number
  • Valid email address (optional)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A strong password
You will need a National ID card or passport for KYC verification later.

on the Login page Click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and receive an OTP. Use the OTP to set a new password. The entire process takes under 3 minutes.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. It is required for withdrawals and large deposits. Upload clear photos of both sides of your National ID card along with a selfie. Approval is typically granted within 24 hours.

No. jeta7 allows only one account per person. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or using the same payment method is Strictly Prohibited. Violations may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Your email and mobile number can be changed through support. A name change requires KYC documents. You can update your password at any time from your account settings.

Entering the wrong password 5 times will lock your account for 30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or reset your password. If this happens repeatedly, contact support — we'll verify your identity and unlock your account.

First, confirm that the transaction went through on your mobile banking app. Wait 15 minutes. If the balance still hasn't updated, send a screenshot and the transaction ID to support — we'll add it manually.

jeta7 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own transaction charges. There are no withdrawal fees on jeta7's end.

Contact support immediately. Provide the transaction ID, amount, and time. The jeta7 team will investigate and work to resolve the issue. Please note that recovery is not guaranteed if funds were sent to an incorrect number.

A cashback percentage is applied to your net weekly losses. Cashback is automatically credited to your balance every Monday morning. The maximum amount depends on your account's VIP tier.

Enter your promo or referral code in the "Referral Code" field during registration. Codes cannot be added after registration is complete. If the code is valid, the additional bonus or benefit will be applied instantly.

Betting & Odds

Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds update in real time. On the Betting page Check the "Live" tab to see all ongoing matches. Act quickly — odds change fast.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, a "Cash Out" option is available in some cases, allowing you to settle your bet before the match ends. Cash Out is not available on all bets.

jeta7 uses Decimal odds. For example, a ৳100 bet at 2.50 odds returns ৳250 if you win (৳100 stake + ৳150 profit). Your potential winnings are displayed directly on the bet slip before you confirm.

If a match is fully cancelled or abandoned, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded. If a match is partially played, settlement follows jeta7's official rules.

Yes. jeta7 offers accumulator bets, allowing you to combine multiple selections. The odds multiply across selections, boosting your potential winnings — however, all selections must be correct or the bet is lost.

Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market. Limits are higher for regular matches and lower for special or niche markets. VIP members can place bets at higher limits. The applicable limit is shown on the bet slip.

App & Technical

on the App page and download the Android (APK) or iOS version. To install the APK directly on Android, enable "Install from unknown sources". On iOS, install via the App Store.

On Android, go to Settings → Security → enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install Unknown Apps". Make sure you have enough storage space. If an older version is installed, uninstall it first before installing the latest one.
