jeta7 (www.jeta7-taka.com) — one of Bangladesh's most trusted online betting and gaming platforms. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between jeta7 and its users.

By using our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms & Conditions must be read alongside the following documents: Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms & Conditions. Together, all these documents form the complete agreement.

To become a member of jeta7, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions must be met at the time of registration:

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms, and jeta7 reserves the right to close the account jeta7-has.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

Jeta7 strictly provides services to users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited.

3.1 When Is KYC Verification Required?

• For any large-value transaction
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• Jeta7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time

3.2 Required Documents

• ID Document: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months)
• Payment Verification: Screenshot or statement from your mobile banking account

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or an approved cryptocurrency.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests may be made per day.
• Processing is typically completed within 10–30 minutes.

4.3 Currency Conversion

For transactions in foreign currencies, jeta7's designated exchange rate will apply. This may differ from the prevailing market rate.

All bets on jeta7 are governed by a defined set of rules. It is each bettor's responsibility to be familiar with these rules.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• Jeta7 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its discretion.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to technical errors may be voided.

5.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is interrupted during live betting, specific rules will apply.
• If the D/L method is applied in cricket, results will be determined accordingly.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Each market has a defined maximum bet limit. Limits may differ for special events. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on jeta7. Individual promotions may carry their own additional conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a specified wagering multiplier. For example, a x15 wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before making a withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

• Claiming bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses may be voided if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus and associated winnings remaining after expiry will be automatically forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta7. Any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of technical manipulation
• Stealing account credentials from or defrauding other users
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Disrespectful behaviour or threats directed at staff
• Exploiting platform bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Jeta7's website, mobile app, logo, designs, software, content, and all other materials are the exclusive property of jeta7 and are protected under international copyright law.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any jeta7 content beyond personal use. Violations will be subject to legal action.

Jeta7 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, jeta7's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or transaction fails due to an internet connection issue
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device

Jeta7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If a user registers with false or incomplete information
• Refusing to complete KYC verification or submitting false documentation
• If illegal activity is suspected
• If the user voluntarily requests account closure

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.
